Homemaker Personal Care HPC

A Homemaker monitors the condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise. The Homemaker Aide's responsibilities may include but are not limited to assisting the client by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks and running errands. A homemaker works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and performs various services that enable the client to remain in or return to their homes and helps service to strengthen the client's capacities in the areas of non-medical personal care and home management to keep the home and family intact during times of stress.

Our Direct Care Providers offer assistance with activities such as:
